Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

As a courtesy, a reminder will be sent via email and/or text message 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to the full charge of the scheduled service.
